Men of Stone, Men of Fire
My father, uncle and grandfather worked together for a time at Westinghouse in Pittsburgh. My father had always wanted to become a printer, but my grandfather insisted that he take a job in the steel industry.

This photo was professionally taken for a newsletter or some other corporate purpose. However, someone in my family had tried to destroy it. I've left the cracks in the photo to symbolize the cracks in my father's relationship with his family. He never got to become a printer and stayed working in the steel industry until a few years before he died. The ornament at the bottom is an homage to lost dreams.
